Can you explain your low-pressure, SOFT WASH method?
For house washing, we use our low-pressure, soft wash method that safely and effectively cleans your home. This process is used no matter the building materials (vinyl, hardie plank, wood, brick, or stucco). To protect your investment, we use the best products that are safe and environmentally friendly. We start by applying our specially blended formulated detergents to the exterior of your home which will coat the foundation line up to the gutter line as well as the eves, soffits, fascia boards, gutters, and windows. This process helps to break down all of the organic matter and build up such as algae, mildew, and dirt, as a result of mother nature. Once our soaps and detergents have worked their magic, we then use a low-pressure water rinse to wash the soaps away. Our HIGH-QUALITY rinsing aids will leave your windows shining as if they were brand new.
How do you clean concrete?
First we need to evaluate the surface stains are. Typically these stains are “organic stains” dirt, mildew, algae and leaf stains from mother nature. In this case we will pre-wet all areas around the site and apply our specialized detergents to pretreat the surface. After that has set for a few minutes, we use our Surface Cleaners. These guys do all the work and we control the amount of pressure through specialized tips that spin in a circular motion. After the surface is completely cleaned, we then rinse with water to wash away all of the lifted dirt.
Some stains such as mineral deposit stains may require a more SPECIALIZED clean. These stains can come from iron in the water from sprinkler systems, red clay or rust from different elements outside of the home. Though each process is similar, each stain will require a specialized chemical to fully remove it from exterior surfaces. At Pace’s Power Washing we keep a variety of these cleaning products on hand to take care of almost any situation.
