How Does This Process Work?
First, we need to evaluate what the surface stains are. Typically these stains are “organic stains” dirt, mildew, algae, and leaf stains from mother nature. In this case, we will pre-wet all areas around the site and then apply our specialized detergents to pretreat the surface. After that has set for a few minutes, we use our Surface Cleaners. These guys do all the work and we control the amount of pressure through specialized tips that spin in a circular motion. After the surface is completely cleaned, we then rinse with water to wash away all of the lifted dirt.
Some stains such as mineral deposit stains may require a more SPECIALIZED clean. These stains can come from iron in the water from sprinkler systems, red clay, or rust from different elements outside of the home. Though each process is similar, each stain will require a specialized chemical to fully remove it from exterior surfaces. What is the actual process?
For a driveway, it is a three-step process. First, we will pretreat the concrete with our specialized soaps to break down the top layer of dirt that has been built up. Second, we will surface clean the entire area with our walk-behind surface cleaners which will lift up the deep embedded contaminants to the surface. During our third and final process, we will do a thorough water rinse of the area, washing away any further dirt and grime which will result in a newly cleaned concrete surface.
